Refund and Cancellation Policy


At TamkeenCoach, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching experiences tailored to each learner’s needs. We understand that sometimes plans change. This policy outlines your rights and responsibilities regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refund requests.

1. Session Cancellation by the Client
More than 24 hours in advance: You may cancel or reschedule your session free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Less than 24 hours in advance: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, except in verified emergencies.

No-shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

2. Session Cancellation by TamkeenCoach
If a session is cancelled by the coach (Dr. Christopher McCreanor) due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to:

Reschedule the session at no additional cost, or

Receive a full refund for that session.

3. Refunds for Packages and Programs
Refunds for coaching packages or programs will be considered pro rata only if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and no more than one session has been used.

No refunds will be granted once more than one session has been completed.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 10 business days to reflect.

4. Special Offers and Discounted Packages
All promotional, discounted, or limited-time offer sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless cancelled by TamkeenCoach.

5. Speaking & Listening Test Add-on ($12)
This optional 15-minute assessment is non-refundable once booked, unless cancelled by TamkeenCoach.

You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice.

6. TamkeenKids Program
Cancellations must follow the same 24-hour notice policy.

The coach can reschedule missed sessions in the TamkeenKids program, provided they receive notice.

TamkeenCoach Digital Product Policy

This Digital Product Policy governs the use, delivery, and refund eligibility of digital services and products provided by TamkeenCoach, including online coaching sessions, assessments, digital resources, and learning content.

1. Nature of Digital Products
All services offered by TamkeenCoach are classified as digital products, including but not limited to:

  • One-on-one coaching sessions

  • Tamkeen English proficiency tests and assessments

  • Speaking & Listening evaluation add-ons

  • Personalized lesson plans or feedback reports

  • Access to TamkeenKids learning modules

  • Any downloadable resources or progress reports

2. Delivery of Digital Services

  • Upon successful payment, access to sessions, tests, or digital content will be provided immediately or as per the scheduled booking.

  • Digital products are delivered via the TamkeenCoach platform, by email confirmation, or through linked services (e.g., Zoom).

3. Non-Tangible, Non-Returnable
Due to the nature of digital goods:

  • All products are non-returnable once accessed, downloaded, or consumed.

  • Users are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their devices and internet access prior to purchase.

 

4. Refund Policy for Digital Products

  • Our Refund & Cancellation Policy governs refunds for digital products. In summary:

  • You cannot receive a refund once you have accessed or delivered a session or test.

  • Refunds for unused or partially used digital packages may be considered under specific conditions (e.g., within 7 days of purchase, only 1 session used).

  • Speaking and listening add-ons and discounted products are non-refundable.
